肝气郁结证病理生理学基础研究

STUDIES ON THE PATHOPHYSIOLOGICAL BASIS OF THE LIVERQI STAGNATION SYNDROME

为了研究肝气郁结证的病理生理学基础 ,对 15 0例肝气郁结证患者进行了多指标检测。结果表明肝气郁结证患者植物神经功能紊乱 ,血浆NE、E平均含量接近正常 ,但不同精神状态含量变化较大。血浆cGMP、TXB2 、TXB2 /6 -Keto -PGF1α比值、AVP含量较健康人显著升高。血浆cAMP/cGMP比值、6 -Keto -PGF1α、L -ENK、ANP及血清胃泌素含量显著降低。结果提示肝气郁结证与中枢神经对情绪调节的功能异常密切相关。

Objective: To investigate the pathophysiological basis of the syndrome of Liver―Qi stagnation. Methods: We determined several indices in 150 patients. Results: the Vegetative nervous functions were disordered. The average contents of plasna NE.E were similar between the patients and helthy subject, but there were different contents according to the different mental condition. The plasma Contents of cGMP, TXB2, AVP and the ratio TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α in patients were obviously higher than that of healthy subjects. The plasma contents of the ratio cAMP/cGMP, 6-Keto- PGF1α L-ENK, ANP and serum contents of gastrin were decresed than that of the healthy subjects. Conclusions: the syndrome of Liver-Qi stagnation has a direct correlation on the function of regulating emotion of the central nervous system.
