左旋氧氟沙星片剂的临床疗效及安全性的多中心研究

A STUDY ON CLINICAL EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF LEVOFLOXACIN (CRAVIT)

为了评价左旋氧氟沙星片剂的临床疗效及其安全性 ,在 12 4例急性呼吸道和泌尿道感染病人中进行了一项前瞻性多中心的临床研究。结果显示 ,该药的临床痊愈率为 78.2 % ,有效率为 93.5 % ,体温恢复正常时间为 ( 2 .35± 1.30 )d ,平均治愈天数 ( 5 .2 0± 1.82 )d ,细菌清除率为 94.4% ,MIC5 0和MIC90分别为 0 .5 0mg/L和 2 .0 0mg/L。左旋氧氟沙星片剂不良反应的发生率为 5 .6 %。结论 :左旋氧氟沙星片剂是治疗呼吸道和泌尿道感染的安全、有效的药物。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safely of levofloxacin (Cravit). Methods: A multicentre, prospective study in 124 patients with infectious diseases in respiratory tract or ruinous tract was performed. Results: The recovered rate was 78.2%, effective rate was 93.5%, the average time that temperiture recovered was 2.35±1.35 days, the recovered time was 5.20±1.82 days, the clearnce rate of bacteria was 94.4%, its MIC50 and MIC90 was 0.50mg/L, 2.00mg/L respectively, and the side-effective rate was 5.6%. It is suggested that Levofloxacin (Cravit) is a safe and effective drug in treating infectious diseases in respiratory tract and ruinous tract caused by susceptible bacteria.
