碘伏与碘乙醇消毒液杀菌效果的试验观察

OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF POVIDONEIODINE AND IODINETHANOL DISINFECTION SOLUTION

目的观察碘伏与碘乙醇消毒液杀菌效果。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验,对碘伏与碘乙醇消毒液进行实验室杀菌效果检测。结果用含有效碘5 190 mg/L的碘伏消毒液作用0.5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓假单胞菌和白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值均>5.0。用相同含量的该碘伏消毒液擦拭消毒作用1 min,对志愿者前臂皮肤表面自然菌的杀灭对数值均值为1.67。用含有效碘2 090 mg/L与体积分数49%乙醇的碘乙醇复合消毒液作用0.5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和绿脓假单胞菌和白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值均>5.0。结论碘伏和碘乙醇复合消毒液能快速杀灭细菌繁殖体和真菌,对人体皮肤自然菌亦具有较好的杀灭效果。

Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of iodophor and iodine tincture disinfectant. Methods Sus- pension quantitative germicidal test was used to examine the germicidal efficacy of the iodophor and iodine tincture disinfect- ant. Results The average killing logarithm values of the Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans in suspension exposed to the povidone iodine disinfection solution containing available iodine 5 190 mg/L for 0. 5 min were all 〉 5.0. The average killing logarithm value of colonization bacteria on volunteers＇forearm skin surface exposed to iodophor disinfectant for 1 min with the same concentration was 1.67. The average killing logarithm val- ue of the Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans in suspension exposed to the iodine tincture disinfection solution containing available iodine 2 090 mg/L and ethanol 49% for 0. 5 min were all 〉 5.0. Conclusions Iodophor and iodine tincture disinfectant can quickly kill vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi, and also have good efficacy in killing colonization bacteria on humans skin surface.
