摘要
目的研究二氧化氯储备液(亚氯酸钠溶液)稳定性及其影响因素,以寻求二氧化氯消毒剂科学制备方法。方法采用丙二酸碘量法测定二氧化氯含量,以观察不同条件下亚氯酸钠溶液稳定性。结果 pH值分别为12.0、9.0、7.0的亚氯酸钠溶液在放置90 d后,其二氧化氯含量下降率分别为0.9%、26.8%、60.3%。用氯化锌作为亚氯酸钠溶液pH值调节剂有利于其稳定性;亚氯酸钠溶液适合于用玻璃和PET容器盛装;储存温度升高和光照都会影响亚氯酸钠溶液的稳定性。结论亚氯酸钠溶液稳定性受pH值、pH值调节剂、光照、温度及包装材料等因素的影响,提示在生产制备二氧化氯产品应予注意。
Objective To study the stability and influencing factors of chlorine dioxide reserving solution (sodium chlo- rite aqueous solution), in order to seek the scientific preparation methods for chlorine dioxide disinfectant. Methods Pro- pandioic acid - iodometry was used to observe the concentration of chlorine dioxide to determine the stability of sodium chlo- rite solution. Results The results show that the decline rates of chlorine dioxide in the sodium chlorite aqueous solution were 0. 9% ,26. 8% and 60. 3%, which adjusted the pH value at 12. 0, 9.0 and 7. 0 after 90 days. Zinc chloride is bene- fit for the stability of sodium chlorite solution as the pH adjuster. Sodium chlorite solution is suit for storing in glass and PET container, and high temperature and light could affect its stability. Conclusion The stability influencing factors of sodium chlorite solution include pH value, pH adjuster, light, temperature and packing material, which should be paid more attention in production.
