新生儿重症监护病房器械感染相关性研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON INSTRUMENTRELATED INFECTION OF NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT

摘要 目的研究新生儿重症监护病房患儿器械相关性感染情况,以便加强防控对策。方法采用回顾性调查和前瞻性目标监测相结合的方法,对某教学医院新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)住院患儿器械相关性感染发病情况进行了调查。结果超低体重患儿血管导管使用率为47.83%,呼吸机使用率为14.67%,血管导管和呼吸机相关医院感染日感染率分别为15.15‰和24.69‰。正常出生体重的患儿血管导管使用率为12.95%,呼吸机使用率为3.13%,血管导管和呼吸机相关医院感染日感染率分别为0.32‰和1.35‰。结论出生体重低的患儿血管导管和呼吸机使用率和相关感染率均高于出生体重正常的患儿。 Objective To study the condition of instrument - related infection of neonatal intensive care unit(NICU) in order to strengthen strategies of prevention and control. Methods The retrospective investigation and prospective target monitoring were used to investigate the prevalence situation of instrument - related infection of resident patients of NICU in a teaching hospital. Results Among extremely low birth weight neonates, the usage rates of catheter and ventilator were 47. 83 % and 14. 67 % respectively; the rates of Catheter -Related Blood Stream Infection (CRBSI) and ventilator -associ- ated infection were 15.15 and 24. 69 respectively. Among normal birth weight neonates, the usage rates of catheter and ventilator were 12. 95% and 3.13% respectively; the rates of CRBSI and ventilator -associated infection were 0. 32 and 1.35 respectively. Conclusions The usage rates of eatheter and ventilator, and the rates of CRBSI and ventilator - associ- ated infection among lower birth weight neonates were both higher than normal birth weight neonates.
