门脉峰值时间确定及其在螺旋CT门脉成像中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨一次屏气试验剂量团注单层动态扫描是否能很好确定门脉造影剂峰值及其在SCTP成像中的应用价值。材料与方法 :一次屏气试验剂量团注单层动态扫描 41例 ,观察CT图像的层面波动及门脉峰值时间 ,然后以峰值时间作为扫描延迟时间进行SCTP检查。结果 :一次屏气试验剂量团注单层动态扫描的CT图像几乎无层面上下波动 ,门脉时间 -密度曲线无明显波动 ,门脉峰值时间平均为 5 0 5s。 41例SCTP均能显示门脉 4级以上分支。结论 :一次屏气试验剂量团注单层动态扫描是一种简单实用的确定门脉造影剂峰值的方法。以门脉峰值时间作为扫描延迟时间可获得良好的SCTP图像。 Purpose: To evaluate whether a single-breath hold and single-level test bolus-injection dynamic scanning (SLTBDS) was a good way of defining the portal contrast media peak time and its preliminary application with spiral CT portography (SCTP). Materials and methods: In 41 cases, peak transit time of portal vein were estimated with the SLTBDS and SCTP. Results: The CT images and the time-density curves of the portal vein (PV) with the SLTBDS were not apparently undulated and the grade 4 branch of PV in all cases were displayed with maximal intensity project (MIP) on SCTP. Conclusion: The SLTBDS is a good way for determining the peak transit time of PV. The clear SCTP image is obtained by the peak transit time of PV as the SCT scan delay time.
