流通现代化已经成为我国流通发展的战略目标,但是当前对流通现代化内涵的探讨还远远不够,而且新时期流通现代化内涵也更趋丰富。本文探讨了流通业现代化的内涵及发展过程,从观念、物质与制度层面界定流通现代化表现形式和特征。

Circulation modernization has become the strategic goal of China＇s circulation industry, but the current discussion of the connotation of circulation modernization is far from enough, and the circulation modern ization connotation is also in development during the new period. The differences between traditional and the modern circulation are discussed from the views of resource, space, format, technology and sports, and the defini tion and development processes of circulation modernization are analyzed. Moreover, the manifestations and char acteristics of circulation modernization, including modern circulation concept modernization, modern facilities, modern circulation network, modern circulation organization, modern circulation modes, modem circulation tech nology, modern circulation agents and modern circulation system, are analyzed from the perspectives of concept, substance and institution.
