经桡动脉行冠脉造影中5F与6F导管的效果比较

摘要 目的观察经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影(CAG)中5F及6F两种导管的应用效果。方法将经桡动脉途径行CAG的346例患者,按造影时首选造影导管的不同,分为6F造影管组168例和5F造影管组178例。观察对比两组手术成功率、造影图像效果、X线透视时间、手术操作时间、造影剂用量及血管痉挛和闭塞等并发症的发生率。结果两组造影成功率、透视时间和手术操作时间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);5F组造影图像质量、造影剂用量和血管痉挛、迷走反射等并发症明显低于6F组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 5F和6F造影管在经桡动脉路径行冠脉造影时各有优缺点,5F造影管发生血管痉挛少、造影剂用量少、出现迷走反射少、安全性高等优点,更适合基层医院,值得借鉴。
