中国体育用品制造业出口就业效应的实证分析 被引量:7

摘要 利用1999—2009年期间的月度数据,构建计量回归模型,具体测度中国体育用品制造业外贸出口对国内就业的促进效应。研究结果表明:出口是影响中国体育用品制造业就业的重要因素,体育用品制造业出口与就业之间一直表现为正相关;在考虑工资水平的情况下,出口对体育用品制造业就业人数的影响不显著;在不考虑工资水平的情况下,出口对体育用品制造业就业人数的影响表现为显著的正相关。因此,中国应该大力发展体育用品制造业,加大对体育用品制造业的政策扶持,提高体育用品制造业产业的集群化程度,积极拓展体育用品制造业出口的市场结构,进一步优化体育用品制造业出口的产品结构,把体育用品制造业做大做强,提高出口竞争力,扩大出口规模,从而充分发挥体育用品制造业的就业效应,以缓解中国日益严峻的国内就业压力。 In this study, the authors analyzed the correlation between sports products export and domestic employ- ment rate with the monthly data during the period of 1999--2009 by constructing calculated regression model. The authors find that the export of sports products has a positive effect on employment in sports products manufactur- ing, the relationship between the export and employment is positive. If considering salary level, export has insig- nificant influence on number of employment in the sports manufacture industry. If the salary level is not consid- ered, the influence is significant. Therefore, China should make efforts to develop sports manufacture industry, increase policy support to this industry, improve the clustering degree of it, actively expanding its export market structure, further improve the exported product structure, expand and strengthen this industry and expand export scale so as to display the employment function of the industry and relieve the increasing domestic employment pres- sure in China.
