不同速度不同收缩形式下双侧膝关节肌肉力量差异性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过对正常男性在不同速度不同收缩形式下双侧膝关节肌肉力量的比较,为探讨双侧下肢力量均衡发展和运动损伤的防治提供依据。方法:采用34名健康男性作为受试者,利用Contrex等动等速测试仪,进行双侧膝关节等速向心/向心60°/s、120°/s、180°/s,离心/离心60°/s、120°/s、180/s°,等长30°、60°、90°三种模式下不同速度(或角度)肌肉力量测试。结果:多因素方差分析结果表明,收缩速度、收缩方式、侧别对肌肉力值都有显著性影响,且三者存在交互作用。配对t检验发现,双侧膝关节伸肌在等速向心/向心180°/s、离心/离心180°/s和等长60°时存在显著性差异,其余速度(或角度)下双侧膝关节伸屈肌力量均没有显著性差异。同时,双侧膝关节在任一速度(或角度)下的H:Q值均没有显著性差异。结论:在向心/向心180°/s、离心/离心180°/s和等长60°时双侧膝关节的伸肌力量存在显著性差异,在研究相关形式运动的力量时应该考虑其差异性。 Object: To compare the isometric and isokinetic muscle strength between the dominant (D) and non- dominant (ND) legs to healthy males. Design : A sample of 34 randomly selected men was included in the study. Quadriceps and hamstrings strength were assessed by maximum isometric contractions at three angles (30° ,60°, 90° ), concentric contractions at three angular velocities ( 60°/s, 120°/s, 180°/s) and eccentric contractions at three angular velocities (60°/s,120°/s,180°/s). Results: A multi -factor analysis of variance showed that con- traction speed, contraction mode, lateralization had significant effect on muscle value of all of the measurement muscles. There was interaction between them. After paired test, in this cohort of men muscle strength of the domi- nant was stronger than the non-dominant in the knee-extension PT at concentric contraction at 180°/s, eccentric contraction at 180°/s and maximum isometric contraction at 60°. Meanwhile, There was no difference in H: Q ra- tio between the dominant and non-dominant limbs. Conclusions : knee-extension PT of the dominant leg at concen- tric contraction at 180°/s, eccentric contraction at 180°/s and isometric contraction at 60°was significantly larger than that of the nondominant leg. It must be considered when doing the relative research.
