生命与休闲体育是鱼和水的关系,生命中张扬着休闲个性,休闲中寓于生命真谛,休闲体育既是对人类肌体的自我养护,也是使人感悟生存价值与生命意义的人生哲学。通过文献研读和逻辑分析等方法,分析了生命教育的整体性、独特性和超然性特质,论述了休闲体育追寻生命存在与境界提升的本质,探究了休闲体育追求生活自由与生命养护的价值,阐述了休闲体育实施普适教育目标与休闲方式选择的方法。

The relationship between life and leisure sports likes ＂the fish and the water＂, so life and leisure sports are inOctarable. Leisure sports are not only self curing on the human body, but also it is the perception of survival value and the meaning of life philosophy. By the method of literature review and logical analysis, the paper ana- lyzed the trait of life education on integrity, uniqueness and transcendence. The paper explores the essence of leis- ure sports, which is pursuing the existence and sublimation of life, probes the value of leisure sports, which is a- chieving the maintenance of life and freedom of life, Elaborates the method of leisure sports, which is implemen- ting the educational objective and selecting the leisure way.
