摘要
本文研究以AL-01为催化剂由柠檬醛与丙酮合成假性紫罗兰酮的工艺条件(催化剂和溶剂的用量、反应时间和温度)、柠檬醛纯度的影响,以及催化剂寿命与再生.新工艺使假性紫罗兰酮得率提高到85%以上。
This article deals with the technological conditions (the amount of catalyst and solvent, the time and temperature of the reaction) for the synthesis of psendoionones from citral and acetone using AL-01 as the condensation catalyst, the influence or Purity of citral and the Life-span of the catalyst and its regencration method. The novel technology, the yield of pseueoionones increase to 85 pecent of more.
