摘要
研究了3组标称电压为12 V的启动用铅酸电池的低温启动能力。额定容量为8 Ah的样品组放电至5 s、60 s时,电压分别约为10.2 V和9.5 V左右。额定容量为12 Ah的样品组放电至5 s时,仅有1只电池的电压达到9 V;55 s时,有2只降至1 V以下。额定容量为22 Ah的样品组未达到5 s电压9.0 V和60 s电压8.4 V的要求,但在放电末期的结果优于额定容量为12 Ah的样品组。额定容量为12 Ah和22 Ah的样品组,样品之间的性能差异很大。电池的结构与组成,以及相应的内阻变化,是造成低温启动能力差的主要原因。
The cold cranking performance of three groups lead-acid starter battery with the normal voltage of 12 V was investigated. When sample group with rated capacity of 8 Ah discharged for 5 s and 60 s,the terminal voltage was about 10. 2 V and 9. 5 V, respectively. When sample group with rated capacity of 12 Ah discharged for 5 s, only one sample' s terminal voltage reached 9.0 V, decreased to below 1 V at 55 s. Sample group with rated capacity of 22 Ah could not match the standard technical requirement of 9.0 V for 5 s and 8.4 V for60 s,the result was better than sample group with rated capacity of 12 Ah at the end of discharge. Large performance difference was reflected within sample groups with rated eapacity of 12 Ah and 22 Ah. The poor cold cranking performance was determined by structure, composition and the corresponding change of internal resistance of battery.
