摘要
为了解锌锰一次电池在中国的专利状况,全面检索了该电池在中国的专利申请。从专利申请的总体状况、申请趋势、法律状态、研发团队、国家和地区分布等进行了数据统计分析。国内的申请总量超过国外,但需加强管理与保护的战略。
In order to know the patent status of Zn/MnO2 primary battery in China,comprehensive search of patent application for the battery in China was performed. Statistics data were analyzed based on general status, application trend, law status ,research and development organization,country and area distribution of patent application. The gross of domestic application was beyond that of foreign application, but should enhance the management and protection strategy.
