历史和现代交互视角下我国高校竞技体育发展的起点及动力系统研究

Starting Point and Dynamical Systems for the Development of College Competitive Sports on the Historical and Modern Viewing Angle

从相互联系的、辨证发展及历史的视角,探讨高校竞技体育发展变化与社会、政治、历史、文化等因素的互动作用,并对高校竞技体育进行历史溯源,追溯其发展的逻辑起点、背景,透析和审视其发展的动力。研究认为:国家通过学校系统建立的竞技体育培养体系,其指导思想一直是倡导承担高水平运动员的培养任务;而发展的动力可分为内外两种,其外在动力为社会改革的大背景推动,第23届奥运会促进,体育政治功能和全球化趋同效应等;而内在动力是高校竞技体育发展的条件推动力和制度推动力。

From the interrelated, dialectical development and historical perspective ,this paper studies on the interaction be- tween the development and changes of college sports and the social, political, historical, cultural and other factors. It also probes into the historical origins of college sports, reviews its logical starting point and background, survey its development power. It argues that the competitive sports training system is established by the education system, and its guiding ideology is advocating to undertake the task of the cultivation of high-level athletes, while the development driving force can be di- vided into both internal and external power. Its external power is promoted by the background of social reform, promoted by the 23rd Olympic Games,and in virtue of the convergence effect of sports political functions and globalization,etc. Its intrinsic motivation is the conditional impetus and institutional impetus of college sports development.
