英国竞技体育管理体系研究

A Study of UK Competitive Sports Management System

英国作为世界上第一个资本主义国家,形成了比较完善的经济制度和政治制度。英国体育管理部门制订的一系列体育政策和发展计划能够对我国体育体制改革提供非常有益的借鉴。采用文献资料、访谈、比较分析、逻辑分析等方法,对英国竞技体育管理的组织结构、运动员的培养、教练员的管理和培训以及裁判员的管理和晋级进行分析和研究,认为英国竞技体育管理体系在很多领域可以对我国体育体制改革提供重要启示和有益的借鉴:构建适应社会主义市场经济的竞技体育组织管理体系;逐步形成我国精英运动员培养体系;建立优秀运动员教育体系和奖学金制度;拓宽各级运动员的就业渠道;建立科学的教练员培训和管理制度;完善裁判员管理和晋级制度。

The UK as the world＇ s first capitalist country,it has already formed a relatively complete economic and political system. A series of sports policy and development plans formulated by UK sports government can provide a very useful ref- erence for China＇ s sports system reform. We use documentary review, literal interviews, comparative analysis,logical anal- ysis, the competitive sports management organization structure, the cultivation of the athletes, the management and gaining of coaches and referees management and promotion to carry on the analysis and research. The management system of com- petitive sports in many areas can provide important enlightenment to our country sports system reform and beneficial refer- ence ; in constructing the socialist market economy system of competitive sports organization and management, in graduaUy forming China＇ s elite athletes training systemm,in building system of excellent athletes education system and scholarship, in broadening the channels for athletes at all levels of employment in establishing a scientific coaches training and manage- ment system and in improving the system of referees and management and promotion.
