摘要
介绍我国铁道行业标准TB/T 3109—2013《铁路道岔用非对称断面钢轨》修订的背景、过程和内容。重点论述标准的名称、适用范围、所含断面及其命名、钢种等级及其选用、型式检验性能指标项目的确定、几何尺寸精度和平直度、在线热处理钢轨的硬度、钢中的非金属夹杂物、落锤试验、表面质量等修订情况,提出废止相关标准的建议。
The background and contents of the revision of Railway Industry Standard TBFf 3109---2013 ＂Switch and Crossing Rails＂ had been introduced. The paper focuses on the revision of the name, scope, sections ＆ the names, steel grade and selection advice＇ qualifying and acceptance tests, geometric dimension tolerances and flatness, hardness of the on-line heat treatment rail, non-metallic inclusions, drop test and surface quality. Rele- vant standards proposed to be repealed.
