系统科学视域下大学生党员基层意识培育的思考

时代迫切要求大学生党员树立服务基层意识。根据系统科学理论进行分析,大学生党员基层意识培育存在整体合作不协调,整体效果差;分层培育未实现,针对性不明显;动态管理不到位,时效性不突出等问题,为此有必要通过强化要素整合,形成大学生党员基层意识培育的整体合力;做好科学分层,提高大学生党员基层意识培育的实效性;突出动态管理,建立大学生党员基层意识培育的长效机制;加强环境建设,营造大学生党员基层意识培育的良好氛围等措施,积极构建大学生党员基层意识培育各方协同配合的系统模式。

Currently college student party members need to have strong consciousness in serving at grass-roots levels. In the light of the theory of systems, some problems are found in the holistic coop- eration, hierarchical design and dynamic management of the cultivation in question. The solutions to these problems include integrating every educating element, accomplishing a hierarchical design and foregrounding dynamic management.
