摘要
当前高校毕业生数量剧增,就业形势愈发严峻。涉农专业属艰苦行业,就业环境差、薪资待遇低,而农科类女大学生受其专业、岗位及自身条件限制,就业难尤为突出。保障农科类女大学生就业质量,提升就业率,需要国家、企业、学校、个人四方联动解决难题。
Considering the increasing number of college graduates and the characteristics of the agricul- ture-related trades, female agricultural graduates have severer trouble getting employe＆ The solution to this problem calls for the combined effort of the government, enterprises, schools and the gradu- ates per se.
