摘要
在分析和研究高职学生职业能力评价指标体系现有评价方法不足的基础上,采用Delphi法确定高职物流管理专业学生职业能力评价指标体系因素集,采用AHP法构建系统结构层次结构图,将复杂的评价指标体系因素进行分解,直观清晰地反映系统内部各因素之间的相互隶属关系,并对指标因素的权重进行计算。参照平均随机一致性指标值,进行判断矩阵一致性检验,达到满意的结果。绘制出高职物流管理专业学生职业能力指标体系建设影响因素的鱼骨图,清晰地呈现了影响该指标体系构建的关键因素。结果表明:采用AHP-Delphi集成方法和鱼骨图分析法构建高职学生职业能力评价指标体系模型科学、可靠,可为高职学生职业能力评价和高职专业建设发展提供依据。
The Delphi method is employed to get a factor set constituting a system evaluating the pro- fessional aptitude of the students majoring in logistics management. And the AHP method is used to construct a structural diagram of all those factors.
