摘要
:[目的]观察金葡液(恩格菲)治疗恶性胸水的疗效。[方法]回顾性分析恩格菲治疗31例恶性胸水的效果。[结果]完全缓解29.03 %、部分缓解54.84 % ,总有效率83.87% ;患者KPS评分明显提高 ;副反应主要是发热38 71% ,局部胸痛25.81 % ,呈一过性反应,未见其他严重的不良反应。[结论]恩格菲治疗恶性胸水有效 ,可提高患者生存质量。
To investigate the effects of Natural Growth Factor (NGF) on malignant pleural effusion.The effects of NGF for treatment of malignant pleural effusion in 31 cases were analysed.The complete response rate (CR) and partial response rate(PR) were 29.03% and 54.84%,respectively.The overall response rate (CR+PR)was 83.87%.The patients' KPS score increased obviously.The major side-effects were fever (38.71%) and local chest pain (25.81%).Transient pectoralgia disappeared after expectant treatment.No other serous side-effects were found.[Conclusion]NGF is effective in the treatment for malignant pleural effusion and can improve patients' quality of life.
