摘要
p16INK4a/CDKN2A基因家族及其相关因子所组成的庞大调控体系是细胞周期最关键的调节通路之一 ,与其他正负调控因子协调合作 ,决定着细胞周期的正常运转和细胞增殖、分化、老化及凋亡 ,并与多种人类肿瘤的发生、发展、治疗与预后密切相关。本文就多肿瘤抑制基因p16INK4a/CDKN2A发现以来 ,国内外关于其基因结构、功能、失活机制及其与多种人类肿瘤的相关性研究作一综述 ,并展望其在肿瘤生物治疗中的应用前景。
The family of p16INK4a/CDKN2A tumor suppressor and its relatives composed a key pathway of cell cycle regulation,cooperating with other positive and negative factors,which involved in the cell cycle transformation,cell proliferation and diffrentiation,cell senescence and opoptosis as well as tumorigenesis and development.This review summarizes the literatures about the structural and functional alterations of p16INK4a/CDKN2A gene in human tumors since its discovery,and to foresee the prospect of p16INK4a/CDKN2A in tumoral genetherapy.
