区域经济非均衡发展背景下的高职教育发展

The Development of Higher Vocational Education in Unbalanced Development of Regional Economy

高职教育与区域经济之间存在着相互协调、相互促进的辩证关系,区域经济的非均衡发展也容易造成高职教育的区域发展差异、资源分布不均匀的现象。这不仅会对教育公平产生影响,而且可能推动区域经济发展差异继续加大,从而再度导致教育资源的配置倾斜,使情况进一步恶化。因此,在区域经济非均衡发展的背景下,高职教育应该如何与区域经济相互作用,相互配合,进行结构调整,推动本区域经济和教育整体的均衡发展,是一个值得研究的问题。

The relationship between higher vocational education and regional economic can be described as both co- ordinating and stimulating with each other. The unbalanced development of regional economy will cause great differ- ence in resources distribution, unbalanced development in districts of higher vocational education. It will not only effect education equity but also promote the difference of regional economic development and thus cause educative resource tilts configuration once more, making situation become worse. In the background of unbalanced develop- ment of regional economy, it is a problem deserving of study that how does higher vocational education interact and coordinate with regional economy, restructure, promote regional economic and education balanced development.
