财经类高职实行“研学结合”教学改革的必要性

The Necessary of Put Forward Combination Learning with Research in Business Vocational Education

2012年,北京财贸职业学院启动了"研学结合"的教学改革实验。财经类高职开展"研学结合"教学改革是现实提出的急迫课题。财经职业岗位的工作具有典型的"研究"性特征,高职教育需要开拓"个性化"教学的途径,高职学生需要综合化的学习方式,因此,财经类专业"工学结合"的人才培养过程不仅需要融入工作的要素,也必须将"研究"的过程与教学的过程紧密集合,深入推进"研学结合"的教学改革。

In 2012, Beijing College of Finance and Commerce launched the teaching experimental reform of Combination I_earning with Research. Starting from the connotation of Combination Learning with Research, this article analyzed the necessity of putting forward this reform in financial vocational colleges. It is discussed that modern service industry has the characteristics of continuous ＇ innovation＇, the work task in financial occupations shows the typical feature of ＇ re- search＇, higher vocational education needs to develop ＇ personalized＇ teaching methods, and the students need the inte- grated learning approach. Therefore, the specific characteristics of financial majors and occupations have predetermined that we should not only integrate ＇work＇ into ＇study＇ , but also combine the process of ＇research＇ with teaching, so as to further promote the teaching reform of Combination Learning with Research.
