Create High Skill and High EQ Vocational College Students through Simulating Social Environment

本文针对高职学生特点和社会用人需求,从四方面阐述如何锻造高技能、高情商的高职学生。以T型职业技能训练,加强高职学生的基本功;从建立规则意识、有敬畏之心的角度,提出建立学生规则意识的重要性;从服务意识角度,提出服务、服从、妥协的服务内涵;同时要强调要加强学生心理承受力的锻炼。

The content in this article is based on the thematic reports made by the author during servicing as a part time head teacher. Aiming at the characteristics of higher vocational college students and social employment de- mand, this article elaborates how to create and cultivate high - skill and high EQ higher vocational college students in four aspects from the perspective of simulating social environment. Strengthen the basic skills of higher vocational college students through the way of T - shaped vocational skills training. This article emphasizes that higher voca- tional students with solid basic skills are the foundation for their success. In this article, from the perspective of building consciousness of rules and reverence proposes the importance of building up students＇ rules consciousness, from the perspective of building consciousness of service proposes the service connotation of service, obedience, compromising. Finally, this article stressed that it is necessary to strengthen students＇ psychological endurance a- bility exercise.
