不同精浆浓度对精子冷冻复苏后活动能力的影响 被引量:5

Effects of various concentration of human seminal plasma in cryoprotectant on viability of human sperm

摘要 为了评价冷冻保护剂中不同的精浆浓度是否影响精子冷冻复苏后的活动能力 ,作者对已育和不育男子的精液标本分别以含精浆浓度为 0 % ,2 5 % ,5 0 % ,75 %和 10 0 %的冷冻保护剂处理 ,并对复苏后精子的活动能力和存活时间进行比较。结果显示 :健康组中含 5 0 %和 75 %精浆保护剂的解冻精子活动率显著高于其他组 ,不育组中75 %精浆保护剂高于其他组 ;结果提示 :一定的精浆浓度对精子的冷冻复苏有帮助 ;对某些不育患者的异常精液作冷冻处理时 。 To investigate the effect of native seminal plasma on the recovery of frozen human sperm,various concentrations of seminal plasma(0%,25%,50%,75% and 100%)were used in cryoprotectant for freezing sperm,and the viabilities of frozen thawed sperm were compared.The post thaw sperm motility of 50% or 75% seminal plasma in the fertile group was significantly higher than that of 0%,25%or 100%.The post thaw motility of 75% seminal plasma in the patient group was higher than that of other concentration.It was suggested that a certain concentration of native seminal plasma in cryoprotectant would be helpful to the viability of human sperm cryopreservation.
