摘要
为探讨吸烟对精液参数、精子功能及血睾酮的影响 ,本文对有生育史的吸烟和不吸烟男子进行了比较研究。结果显示 :B组 (5 1例 ,吸烟≤ 2 0支 /日 ,吸烟时间≤ 10年 )与A组 (38例 ,不吸烟 ) ,精液各参数无明显变化(P >0 .0 5 ) ,但A组与C组 (5 5例 ,吸烟 >2 0支 /日 ,吸烟时间 >10年 )比较 ,则有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。A、B、C三组间HOS、HOP比较无显著性差异 ,而ESC和T值则存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。提示长期大量吸烟可能对精液参数、精子头部DNA双螺旋结构及睾丸间质细胞有不良影响 ,且起始年龄越小 ,量越大 ,时间越长 。
The relationship between cigarette smoking and semen parameters,sperm function and serum testosterone was studied in A group(38 men, non smoking),B group(51 men,smoking≤20 pieces per day,≤10 years) and C group (55 men,smoking>20 pieces per day,>10 years).There was no significant difference between semen parameters of A group and B group ( P >0.05),but significant difference between A group and C group ( P <0.05),and there was significant difference in ESC and serum testosterone between A group and C group ( P <0.005).It suggests that cigarette smoking appears to affect semen parameters,sperm DNA structure and serum testosterone,especially in lower age and heavy smoker.
