血小板膜蛋白结构改变在高原肺心病致病中的作用及机理研究

摘要 目的 :探讨血小板膜蛋白结构改变在高原肺心病致病中的作用 ;方法 :应用多克隆抗体和流式细胞计技术对 41例高原肺心病、42例平原肺心病、3 8例正常人进行血小板膜结合纤维蛋白原 (Fg)和血小板膜糖蛋白 (GP)Ⅲa免疫荧光测定 ;结果 :高原肺心病和平原肺心病组上述指标明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5~P <0 .0 1 ) ;高原肺心病组也不同程度高于平原对照组 ,呼衰和心衰愈重 ,上述指标升高愈明显 ;结论 :血小板膜蛋白结构改变可能在高原肺心病致病作用中有加重作用 ,也是肺心病的早期病变特征之一。 Objective:This paper is aimed at researching the change of platelet membrane in high altitude cor pulmonale(HCP).Methods:Platelet bound fibrinogen and membrane glcoprotein Ⅲa were measured by flow cytometry in high altitude area in 41 patients with HCP,and in 42 patients with CP(PCP) in sea leve.Results:The results were as followwing:platelet bound fibrinogen in patients with HCP and PCP were higher than that in normal subjects(P<0.05~P<0.01),the HCP were higher than that in PCP.Conclusion:The high fibrinogen binging to might be a pathophysiologic basis of incidence of HCP.It was also one of the major pathogenetic machanism of HCP.
