摘要
目的 :明确水通道AQP2在正常大鼠肾脏的表达情况。方法 :采用免疫组化及RT PCR方法检测AQP2蛋白及其mRNA水平的表达。结果 :表明AQP2仅在大鼠集合管表达 ,肾脏其它部位无表达 ,其它组织器官亦无表达。结论 :集合管是肾脏唯一将钙和水代谢机制联系起来的部位 ,推测此部位信号传导异常可能导致结石形成。
Objective:To study the expression of aquaporin 2 in the normal rat kidney.Method:we apply immunohistochemistry and RT PCR methods to determine the level of AQP2 protein and mRNA.Results:The results show that AQP2 is restricted in the renal collecting duct.There is no expression in the extrarenal tissues.Conclusion:The collecting duct is a unique apical membrane of signaling mechanism linking calcium and water metabolism.Abnormalities in this mechanism could potentially play a role in the pathogenesis of the renal stone. \ \
