摘要
目的调查军医大学护理学本科生的学习倦怠与学习投入现状。方法抽取某军医大学护理学本科生135名,应用学生学习倦怠量表与学习投入量表进行调查。结果军医大学护理学本科生学习倦怠总分低于中间值(P<0.01),低年级护理学本科生在学习倦怠总分、玩世不恭和低自我效能维度得分高于高年级护理学本科生(P<0.01),低年级护理学本科生在学习投入总分及各个维度的得分均低于高年级护理学本科生(P<0.01)。结论军医大学护理学本科生整体学习倦怠程度较轻,学习投入水平一般。低年级护理学本科生比高年级护理学本科生表现出更高的学习倦怠与更低的学习投入。
Objective To investigate the status of learning burnout and learning engagement of military medical university nursing undergraduates,so as to provide references for military nursing education. Methods Totally,135 nursing undergraduates in a military medical university were recruited and investigated with Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-Student. Results The military medical university nursing undergraduates' learning burnout score was significantly lower than the median( P < 0. 01). Total score of learning burnout and dimention scores of cynicisin and low self-efficacy of junior students were significantly higher than senior students,while dimension scores and total score of learning engagement of junior students were lower than those of the seniors( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Military medical university nursing undergraduates show a low degree of learning burnout on the whole and have a general level of learning engagement. Junior students show a higher level of learning burnout and a lower level of learning engagement than senior students.
