肛肠科门诊患者功能性便秘状况及生活方式状况的调查

The status of functional constipation and lifestyles of patients in anorectal outpatient department

目的调查肛肠科门诊患者功能性便秘发生情况及其健康生活方式状况。方法选择北京市某肛肠专科医院208例门诊患者,根据功能性肠病罗马III标准评估患者功能性便秘发生情况,采用健康促进生活方式量表-II评估患者生活方式状况。结果 50.00%的患者患有功能性便秘;208例患者的健康促进生活方式量表-II总均分为(2.45±0.46)分,90.87%的患者生活方式处于一般或差的水平;功能性便秘患者健康促进生活方式量表-II总均分及各维度得分均低于非功能性便秘者(P<0.01)。结论肛肠疾病患者生活方式欠佳,功能性便秘发生率高,便秘患者的生活方式更差,应指导患者改变不良生活方式,以减少便秘的发生。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of functional constipation( FC) and the status of lifestyles of patients in anorectal outpatient department. Methods Two hundred and eight patients in outpatient department of one anorectal specialist hospital in Beijing were recruited. Rome III criteria was used to assess the prevalence of FC,and Health Promoting Lifestyle profile-II( HPLP-II) was used to investigate their lifestyles. Results The prevalence of FC was 50. 00%. The total score of HPLP-II was( 2. 45 ± 0. 46),and 90. 87% of the patients showed an ordinary or poor level of lifestyle. The total score and sub-scale scores of HPLP-II of FC patients were significantly lower than those of non-FC patients( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The patients in anorectal outpatient department have unhealthy lifestyles and high incidence of FC. The lifestyles of FC patients are even more bad. Measures should be taken to change the bad lifestyles of the patients,so as to reduce the incidence of constipation.
