基于性格特征的心理干预对长期住院精神分裂症患者行为障碍的影响

Effects of psychological intervention based on character traits on behavioral disorders of hospitalized schizophrenic patients

目的探讨按性格特征进行心理干预对长期住院精神分裂症患者行为障碍的影响。方法按随机数字表法将100例长期住院精神分裂症患者分为对照组和干预组,两组患者均采用艾森克人格测试进行评定,对照组采取常规护理措施,干预组在此基础上按不同性格特征采取有针对性的心理干预措施。结果按性格特征进行心理干预后,提高了患者社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁积极因素因子得分,降低了患者激惹、精神病性表现、退缩及抑郁消极因素因子得分(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论按性格特征进行心理干预对长期住院精神分裂症患者行为障碍有较好疗效,社会能力与社会兴趣提高,更爱整洁;而易激惹、抑郁等消极因素明显减少。

Objective To evaluate the effects of psychological intervention based on character traits on behavioral disorders of hospitalized schizophrenic patients. Methods Totally,100 schizophrenia hospitalized patients were recruited and divided into the control group and the intervention group by random number method. Both groups were evaluated with Eysenck personality assessment tests. The control group was treated with routine care,while the intervention group was treated with psychological intervention based on character traits. Results After psychological intervention,scores of social abilities,social interests,personal clean factor points all increased( P < 0. 01),while the scores of irritation,psychotic performance,shrinking and depression negative factor scores all decreased( P <0. 01 or P <0. 05). Conclusion Psychological intervention based on character traits has better effects on behavioral disorders of hospitalized schizophrenic patients. It can improve patients' social abilities and social interests,make them love clean and tidy,and decrease irritation,depression and other negative factors.
