摘要
目的分析医院儿科护士流失现状及原因,提出相应的管理策略。方法通过人力资源信息管理系统对近5年儿科护士流失情况进行回顾性分析。结果低年资、高学历、合同制儿科护士流失较多。结论护理管理者要认清儿科护士流失的原因,采取相应的管理策略,提升儿科护士工作满意度,降低离职率,促进护理专业发展。
Objective To analyze the status and causes of paediatric nurses turnover,so as to propose related management strategies. Method The paediatric nurses turnover in recent 5 years were retrospectively analyzed through human resource information management system. Result Junior nurses,highly educated nurses and contract nurses were likely to quit. Conclusion Nursing managers should know the reasons of paediatric nurses turnover and adopt relevant measures to improve nurses' job satisfaction,decrease turnover rate,and promote the professional development of nursing.
