摘要
目的探讨运用持续质量改进方法对糖尿病患者实施健康教育的效果。方法采用PDCA循环,通过调查确定问题、分析原因、设定目标、制订对策、组织实施、检查反馈、巩固效果等步骤开展糖尿病患者健康教育活动。结果运用持续质量改进后,糖尿病患者健康教育知识掌握情况、血糖指标控制及对健康教育服务满意度较干预前提高(P<0.01)。结论运用持续质量改进方法实施健康教育提高了糖尿病患者健康教育的质量,有利于糖尿病患者血糖等指标的控制。
Objective To evaluate the effects of continuous quality improvement( CQI) of health education for diabetes patients. Methods According to PDCA cycle,a series of measures were carried out in health education for diabetes patients,including identifying problems through investigation,analyzing reasons,setting goals,formulating measures,organizing and implementing,inspection and feedbacks,consolidating effects,etc. Results The patients' knowledge, blood glucose and patient satisfaction towards health education service all improved( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Continuous quality improvement of health education for diabetes patients can improve the quality of health education,and is beneficial for the control of blood glucose for diabetes patients.
