应急救援护理人才库的建立与应用效果

Establishment and application effects of emergency rescue nursing talent pool

目的探索应急救援护理人才库的建立,强化急救技能培训,提高应急救援中护理人员的护理能力。方法制订应急救援护理人才库准入标准,建立应急救援护理人才库急救技能培训与考核体系,规范应急救援护理人才库的管理。结果应急救援护理人才库护理人员急救技能考核成绩提高(P<0.01或P<0.05),患者抢救成功率提高(P<0.01)。结论应急救援护理人才库的建立是快速提高护理人员应急救援能力的有效方法,可以为更好地完成救援工作发挥重要作用。

Objective To explore the establishment of emergency rescue nursing talent pool and to strengthen professional skills training of emergency res-cue,so as to improve the nursing capacity in emergency rescue. Methods The measures included formulating admittance criterion of emergency rescue nursing talent pool,establishing training and evaluation system,and standardizing management mode. Results After adopting emergency rescue nursing pool management mode,the scores of emergency skills of nurses in this talent pool were improved( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05) and the success rate of patient rescue were increased( P <0. 01). Conclusion The construction of emergency rescue nursing talent pool is an effective method to rapidly improve the emergency rescue capacity of nurses,and plays an important role in better completing rescue work.
