摘要
目的:了解我院抗菌药物的使用情况,分析其临床使用的合理性,为合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:对2010—2012年我院抗菌药物销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)和排序比(B/A)等进行统计和分析。结果:我院抗菌药物的销售金额及占药品总销售金额比例、抗菌药物使用率及抗菌药物使用强度(AUD)呈逐年下降趋势。结论:我院抗菌药物使用情况基本合理,但仍然存在不合理的问题,需进一步加强抗菌药物应用的管理和培训,提高抗菌药物的合理用药水平。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the antibiotic use in our hospital, analyze the rationality of the clinical antibiotic use for references of rational use of antibiotics. METHODS： The consumption sum, DDDs, defined daily cost （DDC） and B/A （order ratio ） of antibiotics in our hospital during 2010-2012 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The consumption sum of antibiotics in our hospital and its proportion in total drug consumption sum, the rate of patients administered with antibiotics and the antibiotic use density （AUD） all showed downward trend. CONCLUSION ： The antibiotic use in our hospital was generally rational yet it is far from perfect, thus it is important to strengthen management and training on antibiotic use to improve the rational level of antibiotic use.
