蒙药照山白挥发油化学成分的研究

Study on the Chemical Constituents in the Volatile Oils of the Leaves and Fruits of Rhododendron micranthum Turcz.

目的研究照山白挥发油化学成分的组成。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取不同产地照山白的挥发油,以气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定其成分。结果从不同产地照山白挥发油中分离得到含量超过1%的挥发性成分的种类和含量均不同。结论为鉴别不同产地不同部位的照山白提供了依据。

Objective To study the chemical constituents in the volatile oils of the leaves and fruits of Rhododendron micranthum Turcz. Methods The volatile oils from the leaves and fruits of Rhododendron micranthum were extracted by water steam distillation and its chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. Results More than 1% different compounds which are different in variety and composition had been isolated from the volatile oils of Rhododendron micranthum from different product area. Conclusion The results could be provided the basis for identify the different origin in different parts.
