摘要
目的:了解海口市三级甲等医院护理人员继续教育的需求现状,探讨改善方法。方法:方便抽取350名研究对象,用护理表现六维量表进行问卷调查,采用统计描述与方差分析。结果:量表总分与各维度得分小于3分;不同年龄、学历、职称的研究对象的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:海口市三级甲等医院护理人员在领导、危重症监护、教学与合作、计划与评估、沟通与交流、专业发展方面均有继续教育需求,可针对不同年龄、职称、学历护理人员分别采取相应对策以改善需求现状。
Objective: To investigate the demands and influential factors of continuing nursing education among nurses in Class A tertiary hospitals in Haikou. Methods: We recruited 360 nurses by convenient sampling method and investigated them using Nursing Performance Six Dimension Scale. We analyzed the data by statistic description and variance analysis. Results The mean scores of the total scale and six dimensions were less than 3 . The scores were significantly different among nurses with different age, title, and educational background (P0.05). Conclusion: The nurses in Class A tertiary hospitals in Haikou have continuing education demands in six dimensions, including leadership, intensive care, teaching and cooperation, plan and evaluation, communication, and professional development. Appropriate measures should be taken to nurses with different age, title or educated level, in order to improve the demands situation.
