目的:调查了解新疆"三甲"医院手术室从早晨上班至首台手术开始的间隔时间与连台间隔时间的情况,为手术流程的优化提供参考依据。方法:采用自行设计时间调查表与问卷调查表相结合的方式,收集新疆9所"三甲"医院手术室从早晨上班至首台手术开始的间隔时间与连台间隔时间及影响首台手术准时开始的原因。结果:①9所"三甲"医院手术室从早晨上班至首台手术开始的间隔时间与连台间隔时间均有较大差异(P<0.01),尤其是从早晨上班至首台手术开始间隔时间均较长,最长达2h。②同一医院手术室从早晨上班至首台手术开始的间隔时间和连台间隔时间之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。③主刀医生不能按时到,患者情绪紧张致血压过高使手术不能按时开始,术前必要的检查未做等是首台手术开始延迟的主要原因。结论:新疆部分"三甲"医院手术室从早晨上班至首台手术开始和连台手术的工作流程须进一步改进与优化,尤其对缩短从早晨上班到首台手术开始的这个时间段的管理,更应受到重视。同时要充分发挥麻醉准备间与恢复室的作用,有效提高手术室使用率与工作效率。

Objectives： To investigate the first operation starting time and the interval time between two operations in tertiary hospitals in Xinjiang province and to provide references of optimizing procedure. Methods： We investigated the first operation starting time and the interval time between two operations and its influencing factors in 9 tertiary hospitals in Xinjiang province by the self-designed tables and questionnaires Results： There were significant differences in the first operation starting time and the interval time between two operations in operating rooms of different hospitals and in the same hospital （P0.01 or 0.05）, especially the first operation starting time and longest time up to 2h. The main reasons for the time delay of the first operation were chief surgeon not arriving on time, patients＇ high blood pressure because of emotional stress, and not having the necessary preoperative inspection results. Conclusions： We should improve and optimize working processes about the first operation starting time and the interval time between two operations in some tertiary hospitals in Xinjiang province, especially the first operation starting time. We should improve operating room utilization and working efficency by playing an important role of anesthesia preparation room and recovery room.
