摘要
总结了临床专科护理管理的实践经验,包括专科护士的选拔与培训、专科护理技术的标准化、专科护理的质量控制,在护理服务质量、专科护士能力提升、专科护理整体建设方面取得了一定成效。
To summarize the construction and practice experience of clinical specific nursing model,including the selection and training of specific nurses, specific nursing technology standardization, specific nursing quality control. Application of clinical nursing specific model has achieved some success in the nursing service quality, improvement of specific nurses＇ ability and whole construction of nursing specialty.
