摘要
目的:通过分析美国50所护理学院硕士研究生课程设置现状,为我国研究生课程改革提供参考。方法:通过网络检索及内容分析法,收集50所美国护理学院硕士研究生课程设置资料,进行汇总分析。结果:美国护理学硕士研究生课程体系涵盖内容较全面,核心课程设置较系统,与科技前沿衔接较紧密,对我国护理教育发展有一定启示。结论:我国在护理学硕士研究生培养过程中,可借鉴美国护理院校课程体系设置原则及特点,注重开发本土课程,增强研究生的科研创新能力。
Objective: To describe current status of nursing postgraduate curriculum in the United States, and to give implications for nursing education in China. Method: Curriculum information from fifty nursing schools were collected via internet and analyzed by content analysis. Results: Current nursing postgraduate curriculum in the United States covered comprehensive knowledge. Their core curriculum was systemic and was linked with frontier science and technology. Conclusion: Some curriculum design principles and features could be used as references for nursing education in China.
