美国护理学硕士研究生课程设置现状及启示

Current status of nursing postgraduate curriculum in the United States and its implications for nursing education in China

目的:通过分析美国50所护理学院硕士研究生课程设置现状,为我国研究生课程改革提供参考。方法:通过网络检索及内容分析法,收集50所美国护理学院硕士研究生课程设置资料,进行汇总分析。结果:美国护理学硕士研究生课程体系涵盖内容较全面,核心课程设置较系统,与科技前沿衔接较紧密,对我国护理教育发展有一定启示。结论:我国在护理学硕士研究生培养过程中,可借鉴美国护理院校课程体系设置原则及特点,注重开发本土课程,增强研究生的科研创新能力。

Objective： To describe current status of nursing postgraduate curriculum in the United States, and to give implications for nursing education in China. Method： Curriculum information from fifty nursing schools were collected via internet and analyzed by content analysis. Results： Current nursing postgraduate curriculum in the United States covered comprehensive knowledge. Their core curriculum was systemic and was linked with frontier science and technology. Conclusion： Some curriculum design principles and features could be used as references for nursing education in China.
