应用德尔菲法建立脑卒中患者延续性护理方案

The establishment of transitional care program for discharged stroke patients using Delphi method

目的:建立脑卒中出院患者的延续性护理方案。方法:采用德尔菲法对16位专家进行两轮咨询。结果 :两轮专家函询的有效回收率分别为80.95%和94.12%,专家权威程度系数为0.840,专家意见的协调系数为0.324。最终确定的方案包括6个一级指标、19个二级指标、64个三级指标。结论:本研究结果可靠,形成的方案可以为开展脑卒中患者的延续性护理研究及实践提供一定的借鉴。

Objective：To establish transitional care program for discharged stroke patients.Methods：Delphi method was used to interview 16 experts and we took two rounds mailing interview.Results：The returning rates of the first and second round mailing interview were 80.95% and 94.12%,respectively.The authority coefficient of the experts was 0.840,and coordination coefficient of experts’ opinion was 0.324.The program included 6 first level indexes,19 second level indexes,and 64 third level indexes.Conclusion：The result of the study is reliable and the program could provide references for transitional care research and practice.
