摘要 目的:了解ICU护士职业倦怠现况,并探讨其影响因素。方法:对上海市5所三级甲等综合性医院ICU的356名护士进行调查。结果 :ICU护士职业倦怠得分情况,情绪衰竭为(31.85±8.38)分、去个性化为(11.69±5.53)分、低个人成就感为(19.79±7.02)分。休假情况、工作要求、领导支持对情绪衰竭倦怠具有负向预测作用,同事支持有正向预测作用;年龄、工作要求和领导支持对去个性化职业倦怠有负向预测作用;领导支持对低个人成就感倦怠有负向预测作用。结论:ICU护士职业倦怠处于较高水平,年龄、休假、工作要求、领导支持和同事支持是主要影响因素。 Objective:To explore job burnout and its inlfuencing factors among ICU nurses. Methods:Totally 356 ICU nurses in five Tertiary Grade A general hospitals in Shanghai were recruited and investigated. Results:The subscale scores of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and low personal accomplishment burnout among ICU nurses were 31.85±8.38, 11.69±5.53, and 19.79±7.02 respectively. Vacation, job requirement and leadership support were negative predictors of emotional exhaustion and colleagues support was positive predictor of emotional exhaustion;Age, job requirement and leadership support were negative predictors of depersonalization. Leadership support was negative predictor of low personal accomplishment burnout. Conclusion:Job burnout of ICU nurses is in a high level in ifve Tertiary Grade A general hospitals in Shanghai. The main inlfuencing factors include age, vacation, job requirements, and leadership and colleagues support.
