焦点解决模式在神经性皮炎患者护理中的应用

Application of solution-focused model in the care of dermatitis patients

目的：探讨焦点解决模式在神经性皮炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法：将94例神经性皮炎患者分为观察组（46例）与对照组（48例），观察组应用焦点解决模式对患者进行护理干预，对照组按常规进行护理。分别于治疗第1～2天、治疗3周后对两组患者的疗效和焦虑抑郁症状进行比较。结果：观察组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05），焦虑抑郁症状改善（P〈0.05）。结论：采用焦点解决模式，能改善神经性皮炎患者症状，提高治疗效果，缓解焦虑抑郁症状。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of solution-focused model in the care of dermatitis patients. Methods：Totally 94 neurodermatitis patients were divided into observation group （46 cases） and control group （48 cases）. The observation group was applied the solution-focused mode in nursing intervention. The control group received routine nursing care. In the ifrst or second day of treatment and 3 weeks after treatment, the effects of treatment and the symptoms of anxiety and depression in the two groups were compared. Results：Patients in the observation group got better treatment effects than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Their anxiety and depression symptoms were relieved than those in the control group （P〈0.05） as well. Conclusion：The solution-focused approach can relieve the symptoms of dermatitis patients, improve the treatment effect, and relieve the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
