摘要 分析了气保护药芯焊丝熔滴过渡形态类型和主导力,探讨了焊接参数与熔滴过渡形态的关系及焊接参数的选择原则与工程应用。结果表明,该类焊丝熔滴过渡的基本形态是非轴向排斥滴状过渡。在正常范围内,焊接电流不改变熔滴过渡形态,但偏低的电弧电压能导致熔滴过渡形态改变;焊接电流和电弧电压的合理匹配是获得满意工艺性的决定因素。焊丝焊接参数选择的"合于使用"原则,强调适合于施工现场使用的焊接参数特征。焊丝的工程应用表明,大电流、强规范(含高的电弧电压)是该类焊丝主流过渡形态的技术参数特征,短路过渡不应成为该工艺的主要过渡形态。 The type and dominant force of droplet transfer were analysed, and the relations between welding parameters and droplet transfer forms and the selection principle and engineering application of welding parameters were discussed. The results show that the basic metal transfer form with flux-cored wire is non-axial exclusion transition. The welding current does not change the metal transfer form in the normal range, but the low arc voltage can cause droplet transfer form change. The reasonable matching between the welding current and are voltage is the determinant of satisfied usability. The "fitness for purpose" principle selecting welding parameters emphasizes the welding parameter features suitable for using in construction site . The engineering application of welding wire shows that the large current and strong specification (including high arc voltage ) are the technical parameter characteristics of the wire main transfer forms, and the short circuiting metal transfer should not become the main transfer form of the welding processes.
