基于数值模拟技术制定汽车结构件的焊接工艺

摘要 汽车结构件焊后产生的焊接应力、焊接变形对产品的使用寿命、尺寸精度及零件的后序装配影响很大。通过数值模拟技术可以选择合适的焊接工艺方案,找出焊接应力、焊接变形对结构最有利的焊接工艺,从而使被焊总成的寿命提高、尺寸精度满足要求。文中以典型的汽车底盘件为例,利用数值模拟技术分析不同焊接顺序、焊接方向对结构中焊接应力、焊接变形的影响,并进行了试验验证。通过该项研究找到了一种采用数值分析技术制定汽车结构件焊接工艺的方法,有利于汽车结构件产品开发中设计工艺方案,提高产品开发进度。 Residual stress and deformation of auto welded structures have a great influence on the fatigue lifetime, size accuracy and parts assembly. Wehling simulation for optimizing the welding proeess is used to improve the fatigue lifetime and size accuracy of wehled assembly. In the present paper, the application of a three dimensional finite element model for wehling simulation of chassis components is described. The research not only pays more attention to the simulation of welding process, but also focuses on its effects on residual stress and deformation. The practice shows that wehling simulation can be used in practical industry to optimize wehling process and improve development progress of the products.
