传统文化视野下提升大学生人文素养的思考

Improving the Humanities of College Students Under the Horizon of Traditional Culture

面对当前大学生人文素养严重缺失的现状,以实证调研为基础,提出用传统文化的优秀思想内核引导大学生自觉提高人文素养。传统文化的丰富内涵对大学生提高人文修养具有重要作用,"刚健有为,自强不息"的进取精神有助于培养大学生的奋斗意识和崇高的理想信念;"仁爱精神"有助于培养大学生的社会责任感;"家国情怀"有助于激发大学生的爱国热情;"义利观"有助于增强大学生的道德判断力与明辨是非的能力;"生死观"有助于大学生塑健全人格,增强心理承受能力。建议高校通过提升教师人文素养、增设人文课程、更新人才理念、强化自觉修养等途径加强传统文化教育。

Based on serial examination in substantial investigation, the author puts forward the idea that university students can be guided to improve their humanity accomplishment by the promotion of traditional culture. Facing the fact that university students are lack of humanity accomplishment, the author believes that it is very important to understand the significant role of traditional culture. The author analyzes the role of rich intention of traditional culture in the improvement of humanity accomplishment of university students. Also, the author suggests that university professors could reinforce the education of traditional culture by the improvement of humanity accomplishment, students could have more time for humanities curriculum, renew their conceptions of talent, and increase the awareness of self-education.
