氩离子凝固术治疗消化道息肉78例 被引量:29

摘要 目的本文比较氩离子凝固术(APC)和热探头(HP)在治疗消化道息肉中的作用.方法对78例消化道息肉患者分别行 APC 治疗(37例)和HP 治疗(41例).记录两种方法切除消化道息肉的平均时间、症状消失时间、副作用以及治疗创面渗血中的作用.结果与 HP 组相比,APC 组切除息肉的平均时间明显缩短(P=0.0002);且不加用圈套器直接治疗较大息肉时间也明显缩短(P=0.0001);APC 组无明显副作用,而 HP 存在探头粘连等副作用;两组治疗创面渗血作用时间无明显差异.结论 APC 为经内镜非接触性治疗消化道息肉的新方法,此法方便陕捷,疗效较好. AIM To compare the difference between argon plasma coagulator(APC)and heat probe(HP)in the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal polyps, METHODS Seventy-eight patients with gastrointestinal polyps were randomly assigned to receive either APC(n =37)or HP(n=41)treatment.We observed the resection time,the duration of the symptoms,the effects of hemostasis and side-effects. RESULTS The pectomic time of APC is shorter than that of HP(P=0.0002),especially in the treatment of large polyps(P=0.0001),without any side-effects.Debris adhered to the probe tip during the treatment by HP. However,the time of coagulation had no difference. CONCLUSION Being effective and lack of severe complication,APC is an alternative therapy in selected patients with gastrointestinal polyps.
