进入二十一世纪,信息技术已成为一种重要的战略资源,包括信息的处理、获取及安全,其已经成为衡量一个国家综合国力的重要因素。随着信息技术和互联网的发展,电子政务也慢慢的进入人们的生活之中。众所周知,互联网有很多的缺陷,而且它又是一个无行政主管的全球性的网络,对于外来的很多侵略很难防备,安全隐患很多,再加上全球缺少对互联网犯罪的法律制裁,从而使得一些不法分子乘机行事,使得基电子政务在互联网上的应用面临严峻的挑战。本文主要针对电子政务信息安全策略进行简单的分析说明。

As everyone knows, the Internet has many defects, and it is a non executive director of the global network, for many aggressive foreign hard to guard, security risks, coupled with the lack of legal sanctions on global Internet crime, so that some criminals took the opportunity to act, the hawse of e-government applications on the Internet facing severe challenges. This paper focuses on the information security of e-government strategy analysis of simple instructions.
