摘要
目的调查临床护士焦虑情绪与自我效能感及应对方式的关系。方法采用方便取样方法调查某市2所三级甲等医院在岗临床护理人员287名。应用问卷调查法,调查工具包括:焦虑自评量表(SAS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、应对方式量表(CSS)。结果临床护士轻度焦虑发生率为14.28%,焦虑水平在不同级别护士间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我效能感在不同级别护士间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);焦虑与自责、退避、幻想呈正相关,与自我效能、解决问题、求助呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论护理管理者要重视临床护士焦虑情绪状况,重视培养护士自我效能感,鼓励临床护士面对压力积极采用成熟型应对方式,提高解决问题的能力,从而预防焦虑问题的发生和降低其发生率。
Objective To investigate the relationship between clinical nurse anxiety and self-efficacy and coping. Methods Using convenience sampling to investigate 287 clinical nurses from two hospitals. Use questionnaire tools include:SAS ,GSES, CSS. Results The incidence of clinical nurse anxiety is 14.28% , nurses at different levels have different levels of anxiety and self-efficacy (P〈0.05). Anxiety and self- blame ,avoidance,fantasy was positively correlated, with self-efficacy, solve problem, help was negatively correlated. Conclusion Clinical nurse mangers should pay attention to anxiety conditions, cultivate a sense of self-efficacy, encourage nurses using proactive mature coping styles when facing pressure, improve problem-solving abilities , thereby preventing the occurence of anxiety problem.
